employees trained/in
training as we push

Training is done
nearly every day.
The training is done
both formally and
informally. We have
developed
standardized
training that are
incorporated at our
facililities. Just
as important is the
informal training
that occurs nearly
every day. Here
Merchandisers learn
various skills that
allow them to
perform better and
make better
decisions.
Individuals are
provided feedback
daily. We want our
employees to be the
best. In order to
be the best, it is
very important that
the individual know
what they are doing
well and where
improvement is
