DeBruce began operating Plainview in 2002. Plainview has a 5 million bushel capacity. Plainview is located in the Texas Panhandle south of Amarillo Texas. In 2003, significant renovations were completed including new rail load-out system, rail loop track, truck scales and other operating efficiencies which allow Plainview to unload/load-out 110 car unit trains. Plainview is served by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.

Plainview originates local crops (primarily Wheat, Corn, and Sorghum) and also unloads grain brought in by rail. Plainview provides Corn and Sorghum to local feedlots and Wheat for export and for shipment to wheat mills.
